Position: TABLE GAMES DEALER CLASS - AVG $25/hr - $1,500 HIRING BONUS
Location: Mulvane

TABLE GAMES DEALER CLASS - AVG $25/hr - $1,500 HIRING BONUS

Part-time. Compensation: USD 5.75 - USD 25 hourly.

Training is currently open and scheduled Monday – Thursday from 9 am – 1 pm or 2 pm – 6 pm. The class is unpaid; upon completion and successful audition you may begin work at $25 hr.

Responsibilities
  • Deal assigned games accurately while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Check games according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
  • Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
  • Quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards.
  • Exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
  • Pick up losing bets and cards from customers’ betting squares; pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate squares.
  • Complete any required forms, records, and documents.
  • Provide superior customer service, positively impact interactions, and handle difficult customers in all types of business conditions while working harmoniously with coworkers.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to players, utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing while adhering to established standard policies and procedures.
  • Explain aspects of various games to gaming patrons as called upon.
  • Process all cash and maintain proper handling and accounting for assigned property items.
  • Maintain familiarity with other gaming and entertainment/service activities for Belterra Casino Resort & Spa patrons, in order to provide correct information and answers to questions.
  • Maintain an intimate and sound understanding of all standards, policies, and procedures, including general policies and procedures of the Table Games Department.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for the majority of the shift.
  • Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table.
  • Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
  • Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Successful completion of a basic math assessment, interview assessment, and audio audition.
