We offer a $750 Hiring Bonus for new Team Members and $50 in gas gift cards during our onboarding process. Additionally, we offer an additional $1 per hour for hours worked from 6pm to 6am!

Performs all aspects of dealing assigned games.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:

* Deals all games according to procedure manuals

* Maintains games protection procedures over casino gaming cheques, playing cards, and equipment

* Sustains friendly, supportive and enthusiastic appearance towards guests

* Adheres to Department appearance standards

* Displays positive acceptance of demanding scheduling needs

* Create teamwork by helping co-workers with essential functions

* Assists in maintaining a spotless environment by disposing of any cups, glasses or bottles left behind by guests

* Adheres to regulatory, departmental, attendance and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same

* Must attend additional dealer training upon request

* Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND

EXPERIENCE:

Required

* High school diploma or GED

* Must pass a company audition demonstrating adequate gaming propensity

* Must successfully complete and pass a math aptitude test

* Must possess and utilize excellent customer service skills

* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team across departments and levels of management

* Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook

* A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

* Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations and be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino including the Table Games Pit

* Must have a sense of urgency and keep up with fast paced business practices

* Must be able to work calmly and professionally in stressful situations

* Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust

* Excellent vision including peripheral for game security, required

* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

* Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues

* Must be able to stand for an entire shift, up to 10 hours with breaks, required

* Must be able to meet the level two or light work requirements based on the Department of Labor Dictionary of Titles:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently
