$750 Hiring Bonus for new Team Members plus $50 in gas gift cards during our onboarding process.

Responsible for supervising the bingo team and operations, maintaining a comfortable gaming environment, facilitating a fun program, and ensuring excellent guest service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

* Develop work schedules and assignments for all bingo team members

* Directly responsible for training all Bingo team members

* Oversee and is responsible for bingo operations

* Utilize departmental training and existing policies and procedures to make sound business decisions

* Supervise and motivate staff as measured through performance vs. expectations

* Possess a thorough working knowledge of the various games and equipment

* Verify payouts as necessary; ensures security of funds and paper

* Have ability to fill any role and duty in bingo

* Ensure accuracy of department records and reports

* Ensure stock of all supplies is adequate for operations

* Routinely strive to build and maintain rapport with guests by handling disputes and making every effort to achieve guest satisfaction

* Leads by positive example and is consistent and ethical with decision-making

* Exercise appropriate discretion in identifying situations that require executive management attention

* Build a rapport and coordinate daily functions with other departments

* Assists in maintaining a clean environment

* Ensures timely and accurate coaching and performance evaluations are given with clear directives needed to meet departmental standards and achieve departmental and company goals

* Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies and encourages others to do the same

* Observe activity to detect and prevent attempts to cheat

* Familiar with Title 31 guidelines and ensure proper reporting

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND

EXPERIENCE:

Required

* High school diploma or GED

* Must be able to make informed and sound decisions based on the impact to the business (financially or otherwise)

* Must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team

* Must present a well-groomed appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook

* Must have problem solving skills

* Must have great guest service skills

* A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include various shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

* Two years of prior supervisory experience or equivalent

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

* Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations

* Must project professionalism and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Must be able to push and lift weight up to 40 pounds

* Must be able to tolerate areas with secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust

* Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations

* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

* Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
