Job OverviewAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll work on site with our Finance Team. Your role will involve supporting the Plant Manager & Operations team, contributing to plant financial planning, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities- Support the Plant Manager & Operations team to drive partnership within business.
- Instrumental in creation of plant financial budget, forecasts & reporting – plant productivity/ efficiencies.
- Drive plant productivity and provide tracking + reporting.
- Assist with capital budgeting, forecasting and reporting process.
- Prepare plant overhead cost studies/annual cost roll and ongoing cost analysis for the business and operations.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting process, including annual physical inventory.
- Participate in month‑end close process, SOX compliance, and internal audit requirements.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing finance experience.
- Strong analytic and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel; working knowledge of ERP (QAD) and financial reporting systems (Hyperion/HFM, BA&R a plus).
- Experience with Operations and Supply Chain Management including planning, procurement, manufacturing, and distribution.
