Part-Time Universal Banker

Job Title

Universal Banker (Part‑time – 20 to 25 hours per week) at Ellinwood, KS branch.

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a Universal Banker. As a Universal Banker, you will combine teller, personal banker, and customer service functions, providing retail banking products and services to customers and developing new business opportunities.

• Perform full‑service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch.
• Perform teller duties including cash transactions, open or update accounts, and provide information on other products and services.
• Focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience over the phone and during branch visits.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.

• Customer Service experience is a must.
• Cash handling experience is a must.
• Banking experience is a plus but not required – we will train.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
