Your responsibilities

• Creation of precise and timely financial analyses (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
• Linking of operational and financial performance through the definition, implementation, and tracking of relevant KPIs
• Ensuring reliable budget and forecast processes with a focus on industrial topics
• Tracking and supporting measures to improve economic performance in the areas of production and supply chain
• Active participation in the performance management process of the plant
• Compliance with all requirements of the internal control system (internal controls)

Your profile

• Completed studies in finance, accounting, business administration, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in financial or management controlling as well as in financial reporting
• Proficient analytical skills
• Knowledge in variance analyses and cost accounting
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting processes
• Good knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards
• Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) as well as financial systems (e.g., SAP)
• Competence in dealing with change management processes
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
• Fluent German and English
