Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a Universal Banker in Russell, KS.

Key qualifications:

• Customer Service experience is a must.
• Cash Handling experience is a must.
• Banking experience is a plus but not required – training will be provided.

• This is a full‑time position requiring 40 hours per week.

• Perform full‑service banking with a primary focus on sales and service to new and existing customers, including cash transactions, account openings, and updates.
• Focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits.
• Meet or exceed sales and referral goals and individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, reaching for work‑related tasks, and occasionally walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
