Senior Manager of Finance

LHH is partnering with a national company that has locations all over the United States. They are able to fully relocate someone for a Senior Finance Manager who has the ability to lead strategy, development, and finance accounting operations. This position will help to create and drive overall fiscal strategy while also maintaining bottom-line performance. They need to see a strong people manager has supervised direct reports and feels confidence in navigating the alignment of finance processes with parent company structures.

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations and oversee budget, credit, financial planning and analysis, and cash flow/asset management
• Support project analysis, validations of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
• Forecasting, strategic development, monthly P&L, and risk management
• Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.

• At least 10 years of experience in the Finance/Accounting field with 3+ years in management
• Experience in cost accounting and strong financial systems experience
• Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills and MS Office skills
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration
