Personal Banker

As a Personal Banker at Mutual Savings Bank, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional banking experiences for both existing clients and qualified prospects. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a variety of deposit products and services, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective prospecting and sales strategies. Additionally, you will provide ongoing service to personal banking clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and guiding them toward relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and Sell Deposit Products:
  Actively market and sell the bank’s deposit products, including savings accounts, checking accounts, and certificates of deposit (CDs), to both current clients and new prospects.
• Develop Client Relationships:
  Build and foster lasting relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, offering tailored banking solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Prospecting and Sales Strategy Implementation:
  Identify new business opportunities through effective prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts. Implement proven sales strategies to expand the bank’s client base.
• Cross-Referral to Other Departments:
  Recognize and refer opportunities for clients to other bank departments, including loans, mortgages, and wealth management, ensuring comprehensive service for their financial needs.
• Ongoing Client Support:
  Provide continuous support and follow-up services to personal banking clients, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction with their banking experience.
• Meet Sales and Service Goals:
  Achieve individual sales and service objectives by meeting performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the branch and bank.
