Must be able to work a Flexible schedule on any shift (Law Enforcement is open 24/7 for emergency service)

Role:
The role will receive calls for emergency services. The dispatcher will determine the appropriate response/priority and direct the call to the appropriate personnel or responder while maintaining officer safety checks. Relays officer safety information. This position maintains the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and CAD database with required information. Performs Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) operations for information inquiries and retrieval

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
Zero to six months of similar or related experience
Education:
HS Diploma/GED, must successfully complete the Dispatch training basic law enforcement communication officer (BLECO) course, EMD, 1st aid CPR, BIA BLECO course, NCIC certification and the full 90-day probationary period, beginning at hire date
