40 per week, 10‑hour shifts

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Minimum one year of professional experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be in the process of obtaining one
• Current CPR certification
• Completed NPTE examination (or other state licensing requirements as specified by the client facility)

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, providing direct patient care and evaluating medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans with specific goals based on each patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Set realistic, achievable goals for patients and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
• Conduct ongoing assessment and modify care to meet therapeutic goals.
