Lance Soft is seeking a travel nurse RN ED
- Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Atwood, Kansas.

• Unit Specifics: ER may float to Med Surg. Need Specifics:
  Critical Access Hospital so they will work BOTH ER AND MEDSURG. 6 nights on, 8 days off (THURSDAY-TUESDAY SCHEDULE). Hours 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM. May work more Med Surg than ER; this is a CAH so they work whatever comes in the door.
• Clinical duties in ED with potential cross-coverage to Med Surg, ensuring patient care and safety in a high-acuity setting.
• EMR:
  Athena; no set scrub colors.

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required.
• Ratio typically 1:3, with a maximum of 5:1.
• Staffing model includes 2 licensed professionals (2 RNs or 1 RN and 1 LPN) with a CNA.
• Local travelers accepted.
• Looking for a traveler with CAH experience and prior travel experience.
• Housing should be arranged prior to submission.
