Cook/Dietary Aide

Clay County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Cook/Dietary Aide for a full-time, combination position in our dietary department. This role offers a blend of cooking duties and dietary aide responsibilities.

Cook Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, safe food handling practices.
• Ability to prepare and serve special diets with close attention to detail.

Dietary Aide Responsibilities:

• Assist in various dietary department tasks such as washing dishes, providing customer service, and helping the cooks.
• Operate a computerized cash register and handle transactions, including counting change.
• Perform cleaning duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits:
