Qualifications& Experience
- Active state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Strong foundation working in school settings, particularly with elementary students
- Proficient experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and interventions
- Ability to start promptly upon successful interview and offer
- Commitment to fostering a positive, team‑oriented approach to student care
- Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans targeting students' speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct and indirect speech‑language services in classroom and individual settings, both on‑site and via teletherapy as needed
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes for each student
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and required reports
- Participate actively in team meetings, IEP development, and goal setting with school personnel
