Outpatient Therapist Supporting Adults, Children, and Families

Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Families Join our supportive, mission-driven team as an Outpatient Child & Family Therapist and help provide high-quality, community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families.

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, formulate recommendations, and provide ongoing psychotherapy for child, adolescent and adult clients using individual, family, conjoint and group modalities.
• Monitor progress toward treatment goals by evaluating and adjusting services provided.
• Complete and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and reports, including, but not limited to: assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, quarterly reports, discharge summaries, reports, billing and insurance forms and any other written material required.
• Document in a clear, accurate, concise and professional manner.
• Provide appropriate referrals and serve as client advocate as needed.
• Collaborate with schools, primary care providers, and other community stakeholders.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure or license-eligibility (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent) in Kansas
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
