Direct Care Worker – Plainville

Full‑time or part‑time (weekdays and weekends available), direct care worker supporting clients in home and community settings. Pay:
Negotiable.

• All aspects of home and community life, including personal hygiene and dressing.
• Ensuring consistent safety.
• Providing a healthy and professional friendship.
• Scheduling, attending, and reporting on medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Shopping, cooking, and cleaning with the client.
• Organizing consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities (preferred, not required).
• Driver’s license required, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Provide a letter verifying experience.
