Provide total care for residents including ADLs (washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care and catheter care);
Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight; perform range of motion as needed;
Observe and report changes in condition, attitude, appetite, and behavior; maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance;
Build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues; deliver excellent customer service
