Provide total care for residents, including ADLs (washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care and catheter care);
Record vital signs and observations (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight);
Reposition residents and monitor changes in condition or behavior;
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance;
