Licensed Occupational Therapist

Renewal Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist – PT. Must be a licensed and/or registered Therapist to apply.

• Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to all guidelines.
• Develop a comprehensive treatment plan including long‑ and short‑term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Deliver comprehensive treatment to patients using modalities, modifying treatment plans as needed while respecting precautions.

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state‑mandated).
• Hold a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the applicable state.
