Seeking a recent or upcoming graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical Surgical team in a rural hospital setting.

Program OverviewThe role offers participation in a structured Nurse Residency Program designed to support new nurses during their first year of practice.
Key DutiesProviding patient care on full-time night shifts with 12‑hour hours, and cross‑training in various medical‑surgical procedures.
QualificationsLess than one year of applicable experience, an Associate Degree in Nursing, and RN licensure in KS through NURSYS.
