The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients in an outpatient setting, with some inpatient responsibilities. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and develop individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their families.
- Minimum 1 year of experience; 2 years preferred.
- Current Physical Therapist license in hand or compact required at submission.
- Previous charge experience is desirable.
