Critical access hospital seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join the team. Under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Director and Medical Director, the respiratory therapist provides basic and advanced Respiratory Care services to infant, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The therapist plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of Respiratory Care in all patient care departments. Services and testing are performed within the scope of practice of the Cardiopulmonary Department and within licensure guidelines as defined by the state of Kansas.

• Experience
  • Preferred: 1+ years clinical experience
  • Able to perform all therapeutic respiratory care procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Education
  • Minimum
    
    Required:
    
    Successful completion of an associate or bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Care
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care
• Licenses & Credentials
  • Minimum
    
    Required:
    
    KSBHA license
  • Minimum Required Credentials:
    Certified Respiratory Therapist from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Preferred Credentials:
    Registered Respiratory Therapy from NBRC
• Certifications

    BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
