Are you ready to make a difference in a progressive and supportive EMS environment? Ellsworth County EMS, located in the heart of Central Kansas, is currently hiring full‑time EMTs to join our growing team.

We are a Type II EMS service responding to approximately 1,000 calls per year. Our team enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment alongside local hospitals, fire departments, and law enforcement agencies.

We offer a 48/96 shift schedule, ensuring work‑life balance with guaranteed overtime after 40 hours per week. Our service is known for its progressive protocols, top‑tier equipment, and strong team culture. We’re proud to operate in a family‑like atmosphere where every team member is valued and supported.

We’re seeking motivated EMS professionals with the following qualifications:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A current Kansas EMS certification (EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic).
• A valid driver’s license.
• A desire to work in a progressive, protocol‑driven system.

All candidates must pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening upon offer of employment.

EMT: $41,000 – $51,000
