• Active School Psychologist certification (or pending, based on state requirements)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Knowledge of psychological evaluation techniques, response-to-intervention (RTI), and IEP processes
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and administrators

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement intervention strategies in collaboration with IEP teams
• Provide direct counseling and support services as needed
• Participate in meetings with staff and families to discuss student progress and needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Support a positive, inclusive school climate
