Cook/Dietary AideClay County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Cook/Dietary Aide for a full-time, combination position in our dietary department. This role offers a blend of cooking duties and dietary aide responsibilities.
Cook Responsibilities- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, safe food handling practices.
- Ability to prepare and serve special diets with close attention to detail.
- Assist in various dietary department tasks such as washing dishes, providing customer service, and helping the cooks.
- Operate a computerized cash register and handle transactions, including counting change.
- Perform cleaning duties as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow health and safety guidelines.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Competitive wage starting at $15.46 per hour and increasing with applicable experience.
