Description

Position Summary

Perform treatments and provide exercise instruction and demonstration for Amberwell patients receiving physical therapy as inpatients, outpatients, and Home Health/Hospice

Qualifications

Education

  • High School or GED
  • 2 year/Associate Degree
  • BLS
  • Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
  • Kansas licensed Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Twenty CEUs every 2 years to maintain licensure
  • Valid driver's license and current proof of insurance for vehicle
