Compensation & Benefits
  • Estimated Rate Range:≈$
    40-50/hr
    , depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full-time, part-time, or PRN)

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
  • Document progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current KS license (or eligibility)
  • Passionate about improving patient quality of life
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
