Clay County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registration Clerk to join our team at Clay Center Family Physicians.
This is a Full-time position and we are in need of availability between 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients checking in for appointments.
- Collect copayments at time of service.
- Answer incoming calls and manage messages.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Support clinical staff with various tasks as needed.
- Strong office skills and proficiency with computers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Highly organized and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Previous medical experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right person.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed for the benefit of the department and our patients.
- Post-offer drug screen, background check, and physical exam are required.
