Responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative services
Ensure that all rehabilitation programs meet clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and patient-centered goals while
Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership- Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
- Train and supervise rehabilitation staff, including therapists and support personnel
- Provide mentorship and coaching to promote professional growth
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS and HIPAA
- Maintain high standards of patient care through evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Serve as a liaison between rehabilitation services and other departments
- Introduce innovative therapies and technologies to enhance patient recovery
- Lead community outreach and education initiatives related to rehabilitation services
- Current state licensure in one of the following disciplines: PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles, healthcare regulations, and reimbursement models
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Qualifications- Licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA/OTA.
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in long-term care.
- Leadership and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational ability.
- Ability to manage compliance and productivity metrics.
- Combination of clinical and administrative duties.
- Ability to perform occasional resident assessments and treatment as needed.
- Sit, stand, and move between therapy areas and resident rooms.
- Lift/carry up to 25 lbs; occasional assistance with transfers if providing direct care.
