What We're Offering:
Competitive Pay
$5,000 to $10,000 sign-on bonus based on years of experience
Full benefits package — health, retirement, PTO & more
Rural Health Loan Repayment opportunities
The autonomy to lead, build, and grow a pharmacy from day one
Why MCHS:
We're a growing, mission-driven health system investing in rural care when others are pulling back. You won't be a number here — you'll be a leader, a neighbor, and a difference-maker for families who count on us.
Why Elkhart:
Wide-open skies, no traffic, and a cost of living that lets your paycheck go further. We're minutes from the Cimarron National Grassland — Kansas's largest stretch of public land — with hunting, hiking, birding, and Santa Fe Trail history right in our backyard. It's a safe, tight-knit, welcoming community where people still know your name.
