  Deliver customized therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to enhance functionality and alleviate pain. Educate patients and their families on safe body mechanics, home exercise routines, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely records of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaboration: Coordinate care seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid Kansas state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or license-eligible).
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing effective, home-based treatment plans. Excellent communication and a patient-centered approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed; ability to perform physical tasks related to mobility therapy.
