Physical Therapist

Position Summary Provide health care services to individuals of all ages who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Interacts with health care professionals in completing documentation, such as evaluations, care plans, daily notes, and discharges, in a timely manner for all patients. Treat inpatients and outpatients.

Education High School or GED4 year/Bachelors Degree Post Graduate DegreeBLSRegistered Physical Therapist with current Kansas License or eligibility

Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Program Current valid driver's license and current proof of insurance

Complete continuing education as required by the state

Experience None Skills Organizational Verbal Interpersonal Customer  Relations Analytical Grammar /Spelling Read/Comprehend written instructions
