Job OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to offer support to individuals with Brain Injuries. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve independence and self-sufficiency in their daily lives by working on cognitive and behavioral skills.
Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with Brain Injuries in their homes, in the community, or at our therapy centers.
- Implement personalized care to cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
- Accurately collect and record behavioral data
- Apply strategies to decrease maladaptive behaviors and promote positive alternatives, ensuring interventions are ethically and effectively implemented.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes social and emotional growth.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends are allowed but not necessary
- No night shifts
- Empathy, active listening, motivational support and, problem-solving skills
- Organizational capability
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Car insurance
- Caregiving: 1+ year or related field
- RBT Cert. (preferred)
- Previous experience with BI patents (preferred)
- Associates or Bachelors in a related field such as, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling etc. (preferred)
