Certified Medication Aide; CMA)

Seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide safe medication administration and compassionate resident support in a skilled nursing environment.

• Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications, verifying resident identity, monitoring medication responses, assisting with activities of daily living, and documenting care accurately.
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to promote resident safety, report adverse reactions, and recognize changes in condition.
• Follow safety procedures, utilize PPE, and participate in drug testing.

• Must be at least 16 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold an active CMA certification in good standing.
• Skills required are strong attention to detail, excellent communication, teamwork, and a resident-focused approach.

• Physical demands include lifting up to 25 lbs., maneuvering residents and wheelchairs, and assisting with transfers.
