Join a dedicated healthcare team providing expert medical nutrition therapy to patients across all age groups in an acute care environment. This role involves delivering nutrition education to patients, families, and healthcare staff while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team.

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments utilizing the nutrition care process.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Provide tailored medical nutrition therapy to support patient health.
• Assist with menu planning and contribute to related projects as needed.
• Serve a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric.
• Adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Maintain professional and effective communication with patients, families, healthcare team members, and external partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support department goals.

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics is required.

Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and hold licensure in the relevant state. If registration is pending, it must be obtained within one year of hire.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic understanding of enteral and parenteral nutrition.
• Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.
• Fundamental skills in nutrition assessment.

This position involves light physical work, occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds and frequently up to 10 pounds. Standing or walking may be required 11-25% of the workday, with or without accommodation.
