We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals and Personal Assistants to join our dynamic team in Russell, Kansas! Wages starting at $14/ hr and exceeding $17.40/ hr, with increases based on experience and education!

At DSNWK, our personal assistants and paraprofessionals play a vital role in teaching essential skills and providing compassionate support to individuals with developmental disabilities, both at home and in the community.

• Flexible Scheduling! Choose to work day, night, or weekend shifts that suit your lifestyle.
• Premium Pay for Weekend Work! Earn 1.5 times your regular pay for hours worked from Saturday at 8:00 a.m. to Monday at 7:59 a.m.
• Maximize Your Earnings! Positions start at an average of **$16.33 per hour**, with opportunities to increase your income through additional shifts.

As a team member, you will:

• Implement teaching and behavior management plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Encourage community inclusion and support individuals in their daily living skills.
• Provide assistance with activities such as meals and transportation.
• Maintain a respectful environment and advocate for the rights and preferences of individuals served.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A valid driver's license and a passion for making a difference.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required — we’re willing to train!
