Rooks County Health Center is seeking a full-time Night Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) to join our dedicated laboratory team. As a member of our laboratory team, you will:

• Perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity laboratory testing.
• Collect and process patient specimens, including phlebotomy.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform quality control on laboratory equipment.
• Accurately analyze and report laboratory results while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Assist with blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and other routine laboratory procedures.
• Prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as assigned.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
• MLT or MT/MLS certification (or eligible under applicable CLIA requirements).
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Previous clinical laboratory experience is preferred but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
