We are currently seeking dedicated part-time Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to joinour team.
- Shift Lengths: 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts
Park Lane Nursing Home is a non-profit, 54-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility proudly serving the Scott City community. Our campus, Park Lane Senior Living, also includes 20 Independent Living Apartments and 11 Residential Healthcare Apartments, allowing us to provide a continuum of care for local seniors.

Position SummaryAs a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you will assist with medication administration, activities of daily living, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive. The successful candidate willhave excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively withother healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, team-oriented, and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Certified Medication Aides must be flexible and willing to work as either Medication Aides or Nurse Aides, subject to change depending on staffing needs and position availability.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensurecontinuity of treatment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Active Kansas Certified Medication Aide certificate.
- Active Kansas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Health Care Aide certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Abilityto follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred; however, motivated new CNAs are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and daily living activities.
