Environmental Service - Housekeeper

- Environmental Services department is looking for a full-time Housekeeper.

Full-time position – 2 weekends per month & some holidays.

Cleans and maintains cleanliness of assigned areas of the Hospital, Long Term Care, and Clinic(s).

• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the Environmental Services department.
• Performs routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and left in a neat and sanitary manner.
• Assists visitors with directions whenever requested.
• Follows all infection control practices, including hand washing techniques, standard precautions, and isolation precautions.
• Completes work assignments in a timely manner.
• Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
• Uses and maintains equipment properly.

• High school graduate or equivalent.

We are a progressive CAH hospital with in-patient, swing bed, out-patient, home health, assisted living, long-term care, and clinic services.
