Global Total Rewards & HR Programs Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Global Total Rewards & HR Programs Manager with strong U.S. benefits, compensation, project management experience as well as demonstrated international benefits exposure in APJ and/or EMEA.

This role owns Total Rewards excluding payroll, covering U.S. self‑insured benefits, global benefits coordination, compensation program administration, and HR roadmap / PMO leadership. You will partner closely with Finance and FP&A to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, cost‑conscious, and delivered with high quality. This role requires hands‑on experience with both U.S. Total Rewards programs and international benefits in APJ and/or EMEA.

Candidates without global benefits experience may not be considered.

This is a doer‑leader role: while you manage and mentor an HR Administrator and potentially one or two contractors as well as vendor relationships, you are expected to roll up your sleeves and personally ensure execution, analysis, and first‑time‑right results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Total Rewards & Compensation (Primary Focus)
  • Own and administer U.S. self‑insured medical, dental, and vision plans, including:

  • Compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA)
  • Global Benefits (APJ and/or EMEA Experience Required)
  • Coordinate benefits administration, renewals and ensure compliance across 24+ countries
  • Support auxiliary programs (e.g., car allowances, mobile phone programs, similar policies)
  • Global Compensation
  • Lead ongoing compensation administration, excluding payroll, including:
  • Annual merit increase process
  • Quarterly and annual bonus programs
  • Associated system administration and data validation
  • Partner with Finance to ensure funding aligns with approved budgets and forecasts
  • Perform ongoing compensation analysis (internal equity, external competitiveness, trends)
  • Support global and regional salary structure reviews and adjustments
  • In coordination with Global HR Leader, partner with FP&A on:
  • Annual merit budgeting and allocation
  • Bonus funding, modeling, and accruals
  • Quarterly and annual reporting
  • Ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and data integrity across compensation systems
  • Total Rewards Analysis & Financial Partnership
  • Partner with global brokers, compensation consultants, PEO/EOR partners and vendors
  • Conduct market data and benefits benchmarking across regions, including APJ and/or EMEA
  • Review global compensation and benefits competitiveness and:
  • Compare company programs to local market practices
  • Develop data‑driven, financially sound recommendations
  • Present proposals to the Global HR Leader & other senior leadership in partnership with Finance
HR Roadmap & Program Management (PMO)
  • Serve as PMO for the Global HR Roadmap
  • Drive agile planning, sequencing, and execution of HR initiatives
  • Actively push for on‑time delivery, following up with accountable owners
  • Identify when competing priorities exceed capacity and recommend re‑sequencing or deferral
  • Provide clear, senior‑level summaries and dashboards for leadership
