As a Culture Ambassador at our client's company, you'll perpetuate the company's culture, engaging with people in a meaningful way, enacting real change in the attitudes, perspectives, motivations, tone, and energy of the company's work environment.

Position Summary:
Our client is seeking an HR Manager to join their People and Culture team. This is an important position at our client's company and plays a major role in shaping the company culture, ensuring engagement and workplace satisfaction for all employees. The People and Culture Manager role requires a blend of human resources knowledge, the ability to lead others, and strong interpersonal skills.

Position Responsibilities:
- Help ensure the company’s Mission and Guiding Principles are learned, lived out, and experienced by all employees.
- Investigate and resolve employee questions, concerns, and conflicts.
- Model the company culture in all situations.
- Provide Mission and Guiding Principles training to leaders and employees.
- Receive employee questions, concerns, and conflicts via the Employee Hotline and Employee Surveys.
- Investigate and resolve workplace issues such as misconduct or policy violations, ensuring a fair and compliant work environment.
- Participate meaningfully in performance management, feedback, coaching, and support.
- Assist in the creation, updating, and improvement of the company’s policies and procedures.
- Contribute meaningfully to the leading, caring for, and serving of our people.
- Act as the point of contact for employee-related matters for locations within the assigned group.
- Ensure consistent compliance with all Employment & Labor Laws of the states and communities in which they operate.
- Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by the Vice President of People and Culture and provide support to the Vice President in the execution of the department’s mission.
