We are looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant who is ready to dive deep into the art of talent acquisition and client partnership.

The Role

This is a high-touch, role designed for someone who wants to master the full recruitment lifecycle. You will join a close knit and extremely collaborative team and support across different areas of our firm. Primarily, you will be responsible for sourcing and pipeline building across the firm’s open requisitions. You won't just be finding names; you will be strategically identifying potential talent matches across our database and extensive networks.

In collaboration with the senior recruitment consultants, you will learn how to craft the narrative for candidates and help clients build world‑class teams! You will be mentored by senior leaders at AIP, moving from back‑end research and administrative support to front‑end client meetings, strategy and delivery.

Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Sourcing & Research 50%
  • Market Mapping:
    Conduct deep‑drive research into target companies to identify top‑tier talent that is aligned to our client needs.
  • Sourcing Strategy:
    Utilize Linked In Recruiter Professional, Boolean search strings, and our internal database to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Outreach:
    Craft personalized, high‑conversion outreach messages that reflect AIP’s authentic and professional brand voice.
2. Recruitment 25%
  • Import Job descriptions into our ATS (Lever) and ensure job postings are advertised on the appropriate channels.
  • Screen incoming resumes and shortlist candidates for screening interviews.
  • Shadowing & Interviews:
    Participate in and shadow senior‑led interviews for executive level searches to learn the AIP Method of behavioral assessment.
  • Candidate Prep Administration:
    Coach candidates for client interviews, providing them with deep insights into company culture, technical expectations, and fit nuances.
  • Reference Management:
    Conduct thorough, insightful professional reference checks and background checks (using Certn) that add qualitative value to the candidate profile.
  • Presentations:
    Develop compelling Candidate Presentation decks for clients, highlighting not just skills, but the human reason why they are a match.
  • Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our emerging talent searches.
  • New search project administration:
    Shadowing and supporting kickoff calls to ensure a seamless transition from the initial brief to executive delivery. Including:
    • Inmail outreach drafts
    • Draft up interview feedback forms
    • Easybook link setups if required.
3. Strategic Operations 25%
  • Lever ATS Management:
    Spearheading the optimization of Lever to automate workflows, refine candidate pipelines, and ensure 100% data accuracy for real‑time reporting.
  • Data‑Driven Insights:
    Auditing and maintaining data integrity to produce reliable market intelligence and salary benchmarking, enabling consultants to provide evidence‑based advisory.
  • Workshop Administration:
    Developing high‑level workshop content and framework for the team, editing the presentation to be client ready.
  • New search project administration:
    Shadowing and supporting kickoff calls to ensure a seamless transition from the initial brief to executive delivery. Including:
    • Inmail outreach drafts
    • Draft up interview feedback forms
    • Easybook link setups if required.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a high‑volume administrative/research role.
  • Research Savvy:
    You know how to dig. You are comfortable navigating Linked In and various digital tools to find hidden talent.
