Position Summary
We are seeking a Temporary Talent Operations Coordinator to support our Recruitment teams through a combination of onboarding and recruitment activities. This role is designed to provide operational support across multiple stages of the candidate lifecycle and will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. This is a temporary position with responsibilities that may vary based on business priorities.
Key Responsibilities Onboarding Support- Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating pre‑employment requirements and documentation.
- Assist candidates throughout the onboarding journey by providing timely updates and answering routine questions.
- Partner with Candidate Support Partners (CSPs) to ensure onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items, including compliance documentation, screenings, and credentialing requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and onboarding activity within the ATS, CRM, and other systems.
- Escalate onboarding issues or delays to appropriate team members to support a smooth onboarding experience.
- Provide administrative support to recruitment and onboarding teams as needed.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through responsive, professional communication.
- Source and identify candidates through internal databases, inbound applicants, candidate inquiries, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate outreach to engage and attract qualified talent.
- Generate qualified candidate leads and pass them to recruiters for further consideration.
- Complete initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, availability, and interest.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS and CRM.
- Assist with building talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters on sourcing strategies and high‑priority hiring initiatives.
- Track sourcing activity and support recruitment campaigns while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
This is a temporary assignment supporting multiple talent acquisition functions. As business needs evolve, responsibilities may shift between onboarding and recruitment activities. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to support changing priorities are essential for success in this role.
