DescriptionThe Director of Recruitment and Enrollment Management provides strategic leadership for the College's enrollment management operations, scholarship administration, and annual recruitment calendar. This position plays a key role in shaping recruiting and enrollment strategy, managing scholarship processes, and ensuring consistent, timely recruitment and retention efforts across the academic year.
Serving as a senior member of the recruitment and retention team, the Director oversees scholarship coordination, recruitment planning, entrance counseling and professional advising efforts using a data-informed approach while supporting staff, improving processes, and aligning recruitment efforts with institutional enrollment and retention goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities
• Provides functional supervision, training, and guidance to recruitment staff.
• Supports performance feedback and process improvement initiatives.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred (Higher Education, Business, Education, or related field).
• Experience in admissions, recruitment, financial aid, or enrollment management required.
• Experience with scholarship administration or enrollment strategy strongly preferred.Skills & Competencies
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to analyze enrollment and scholarship data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and enrollment technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Up to 30% travel and evening/weekend work during recruitment cycles.
• Office-based with frequent collaboration across departments.
