Main Missions• Participate in the administrative management of personnel:
Preparation of hiring files, monitoring of entries and exits, writing of letters and updating of employee files.
• Contribute to the recruitment process:
Writing and distributing offers, pre-selecting applications, organizing interviews and following up applications.
• Participate in the management of the interim
• Support the deployment of the skills development plan:
Training follow-up, relationship with training organizations, administrative management and reporting.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of HR indicators:
Absenteeism, turnover, headcount, training, recruitment.
• Support transversal HR projects:
Employer brand, HR communication, integration of new employees, quality of life at work, internal investigations.
• Ensure correct application of HR procedures and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Profile You Are Looking For• Current training at Master level with specialization in human resources, social law, management of organizations or equivalent.
• Strong interest in generalist HR issues in an operational environment.
• Good writing skills, sense of confidentiality and administrative rigor.
• Relational ease, ability to listen and sense of service.
• Proficiency in office tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Analytical spirit, progressive autonomy and ability to work in a team.
Skills Developed In The PositionThis position allows to develop a generalist vision of the HR function, to strengthen skills in administrative management, project coordination, professional communication and the use of HR management tools. It also offers concrete exposure to the legal, organizational and human issues of the company.

Apprenticeship contract.
