Custom Wood Products is seeking an HR Manager to lead all human resources functions at the St. Marys plant. This full-time role covers recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, safety, and employee relations in a manufacturing setting.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, ADA and wage-and-hour laws, plus excellent communication and organizational skills.
