iHerb in Dubai is seeking a Regional HR Lead for MENA to provide onsite HR support, partner with the U.S. HR team, and drive people processes across the region. This role will be one of the early hires for the MENA headquarters.
You will manage HR operations within Workday, ensure UAE labor compliance, and provide strategic HR guidance to local managers on onboarding, performance, and offboarding practices, talent development, and retention.
