Digital Web Coordinator

We are looking for a Digital Web Coordinator to join our team in Lenexa, KS. This role works across the entire Marketing Technology Department and is responsible for assisting the digital and web development teams in executing the overall digital strategy in the areas of website and digital platform management, SEO, SEM, data analysis, and analytics. The Digital Web Coordinator is accountable for implementation of cross‑functional marketing campaigns, gathering and analysing data, coordinating website launches, organising digital assets across various web properties, website testing, reporting, SEO content analysis and recommendations, link building and citations management, and making recommendations based on the data.

This role is also an active contributor to the team’s AI initiatives — applying AI tools day‑to‑day, developing prompts and workflows, and helping evaluate and implement AI‑powered solutions across the marketing organization.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, content marketers, and blog contributors to create high‑quality, engaging content around relevant search terms.
  • Launch, optimise, and maintain listings such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, Apple Maps, and more for multiple locations.
  • Work directly with outside media partners — providing content, images, tracking, and other requests as needed.
  • Work with the Analytics team to support reporting needs by gathering data, organising reports, and building dashboards; create recommendations and guides for onsite analytics tracking and proper campaign tags for incoming links.
  • Work with teams to create and organise content for multiple digital properties including wholesale, retail, and B2B sites/channels.
  • Incorporate AI tools into content workflows — including drafting, editing, and ideation — while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.
  • Develop and document effective AI prompts and content workflows that can be shared and scaled across the team.
  • Create and execute complex content update timelines across all digital properties, both internal and external, for collection launches.
  • Create, update, and maintain all pages on company‑owned websites year‑round, including blog posts and campaign‑specific landing pages through Word Press CMS.
  • Create and execute QA plans to ensure all content published to our websites is accurate and on‑brand.
  • Support all team members during new development cycles by gathering data, updating tickets, and organising content.
  • Work closely with other teams to execute technical QA needed prior to new releases.
  • Contribute to the scoping and testing of AI‑powered tools, plugins, or custom integrations built for internal marketing use.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to create pitches for new development that extends the functionality of the site and improves the user experience.
  • Serve as an active participant in the team's broader AI strategy.
  • Evaluate and test emerging AI tools and platforms, synthesising findings into clear recommendations for team adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and assist in building or configuring AI‑assisted workflows.
  • Stay current on developments in AI relevant to digital marketing and web operations, bringing new ideas and use cases to the team proactively.
Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
  • 1‑2+ years of digital marketing or website management experience preferred
  • Experience executing, monitoring, and reporting digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ideal candidate would have exposure to SEO, Paid Social, and SEM.
  • Experience with Word Press CMS and basic HTML.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and a genuine interest in prompt engineering, AI‑assisted workflows, or automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Team‑focused with the ability to work autonomously as needed.
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, dynamic environment where multi‑tasking and adaptability are a requirement.
  • Procedure and process oriented with the ability to work within departmental projects and timelines.
Benefits

We provide competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development support.
