Site Sr IT Analyst – Manufacturing Operations (Elwood, KS - On-site)

• Ensure reliability, availability, and security of site IT systems supporting manufacturing and laboratory operations; troubleshoot and resolve issues compliantly.
• Serve as primary on-site IT contact for site leadership; liaison to regional/global IT teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Partner with business and operational stakeholders to identify needs and deliver technology solutions.
• Provide local support for enterprise applications; maintain end-to-end ownership of site-specific systems, including validation and change control.
• Lead and manage multiple technology projects (scope, risk management, status communication).

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on IT experience, preferably in manufacturing, laboratory, or regulated environments.
• Enterprise infrastructure expertise (Cisco, Windows Server, Azure) and IT service management (ITIL/Service Now).

• Knowledge of manufacturing systems (HMI, PLCs) and data flows.
• Experience with CSV, CAPA, and GxP documentation practices.
• Experience with quality systems such as Veeva Vault.
• Ability to collaborate across IT and Operational Technology (OT).

• Multiple relocation packages; two weeklong shutdowns (mid‑summer and year‑end) plus PTO; 8‑week parental leave; 9 Employee Resource Groups; annual bonus; flexible work arrangements; up to 6% 401(k) matching.
• Base salary range: $75,000–$125,000; company bonus for eligible full‑time roles.
