Grocery Support Technician - Software & Troubleshooting

Retail Data Systems is looking for a passionate and driven Grocery Support Rep to join our Wichita, KS office.

Responsibilities:

• Responding quickly to customers
• Computer and Network Troubleshooting
• Training and support of proprietary software
• Documenting calls

Requirements:

• Learn quickly and perform well under pressure
• Ability to work Independently yet within company guidelines
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional maturity
• Must be Punctual
• Must be flexible on hours. Overtime does happen
• Travel is required (Overnight sometimes but rare)
• Must be able to pass a background check and have a good driving record

Preferred Skills:

• Windows 7 / Windows 10 experience Microsoft SQL experience
• Bilingual prospects are encouraged to apply Point of sale experience
